Taking a loan is better than maxing out a credit card which can lower your credit score with penalty interest rates.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Online credit may not be a good option for you if \u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>you want to build credit. Online credit companies may not report on-time payments to the credit bureaus and may report only missed payments.<\/li>\n<li>you pay only the minimum on your credit cards. If you don\u2019t have the money to pay down your credit cards, it\u2019s not a good idea to take on additional debt.<\/li>\n<li>you have a hard time keeping track of your balance. When you choose a payment plan, the company automatically bills your debit or credit card, meaning it\u2019s easy to overdraw. You could be charged a fee or the loan could be considered in default if you are unable to cover the payment.
